目的探讨吉林省鼠伤寒沙门菌多位点可变数目串联重复序列(MLVA)分型的流行特征,为食源性腹泻感染的预防控制提供依据。方法根据国际Pulse Net公布的鼠伤寒沙门菌MLVA分型方法对吉林省2014-2016年间食源性感染腹泻病例分离的71株鼠伤寒沙门菌进行流行特征分析。结果 71株菌中46株分离自男性,25株分离自女性;以0-8岁儿童居多(59.2%);夏季为流行高峰期。聚类分析显示,71株菌被分为5大基因群(A-E群)37个基因型,B基因群(78.9%)为吉林省近年主要的流行菌群。吉林省6个地区(长春、

In the winter of 2021/2022, a winter track survey revealed 43–46 tigers (without cubs) in 5.4 thousand km2 of suitable habitats in the Southwest Primorsky Province of Russia. In the same period, a network of camera traps registered 54 adult/subadult tigers here.

KYNU is upregulated in gastric cancer cells and activates the PI3K/Akt pathway, leading to PF4 secretion. PF4 drives nonclassical macrophage polarization with high expression of S100A8 and MMP7, which promotes tumor proliferation, migration, and invasion while suppressing phagocytosis, thereby accelerating gastric cancer progression.
