ABSTRACT Weakening the electrostatic attraction between Mg2+ ions and H− ions in MgH2 is vital for improving the kinetic performance of MgH2 for hydrogen storage. 基于全能量法的ZnO压敏电阻多片并联能量吸收特性分析

针对ZnO压敏电阻多片并联时能量吸收的问题,基于全能量分析法,通过改变ZnO压敏电阻的并联片数及压敏电压的大小,对多片并联的ZnO压敏电阻进行8/20μs波形冲击试验,可以得出以下结论:多片压敏电阻并联时,各片压敏电阻的吸收能量随着冲击电压的上升而呈现线性增长的趋势,且压敏电阻相互间的压敏电压越接近,吸收能量越均匀,该现象可以由空穴诱导隧道击穿理论解释;能量吸收比随着冲击电压的增加呈现出线性递减的趋势,从能量释放角度证明了多片并联的压敏电阻可以有效保护后级设备,对实际应用具有一定的参考价值意义。
