吸热型RTV防覆冰涂料性能分析

以RTV型防污闪涂料为基体,FeMnCuO4粉料作为吸热材料,制备了吸热型RTV防覆冰涂料,研究了FeMnCuO4添加量对RTV涂料整体憎水性能、电气性能及吸热效率的影响。结果表明,FeMnCuO4质量分数在8%左右,RTV涂料基体质量分数在92%时,该防覆冰涂料具有较好的综合性能;并且涂料憎水性、憎水迁移性、憎水丧失及恢复特性、自洁性、体积电阻率、相对介电常数性能均超过相关标准要求;光能吸收率达到77.7%,可以满足现场输电线路绝缘子防覆冰的需求。
