核桃壳仁气流分离系统流场分析 Flow field analysis of walnut shell kernel airflow separation system
Zhongguo youzhi, 2022 气流分离设备的结构参数直接影响其内部流场分布,研究核桃壳仁混合物料气流分离关键机构分离腔结构参数(厚度、长度、进料口下部分离腔长度)与沉降箱结构参数(宽度、内部挡料板长度、壳入口处挡料板位置)对其内部流场的影响，由优选关键机构组建壳仁分离系统并进行流场分析考察其适应性，与课题组研制的壳仁分离系统进行对照，以验证壳仁分离关键机构流场分析在分离系统设计中的可行性。结果表明，分离腔厚度对壳仁分离腔流场分布影响较为明显，沉降箱挡料板长度和位置对核桃壳能否快速流向出壳口有较大影响。关键机构优选参数为 ...

野生动物学报, 2023 采集上海动物园赤斑羚（Naemorhedus baileyi）的粪便，探讨不同粪样保存方法对生殖激素检测结果的影响，并应用粪便生殖激素水平预测赤斑羚的发情周期。结果表明：干燥和冷冻对于雌二醇的保存效果较好；乙醇浸泡和冷冻对孕酮的保存效果较好；冷冻对睾酮的保存效果较好；抗生素保存仅在15 d以内有效。综合考虑各方法，冷冻保存的效果最好，乙醇浸泡适合短期样本运输及保存，干燥法作为没有冷冻条件时的替代法。2018年1月—2019年12月的粪便生殖激素测定表明，雌二醇于2018年1月上旬及12月出现波峰 ...

Shuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2020 为实现节本增效稻作，缓解大量、多次追肥引发不良环境效应，以中晚熟粳稻"盐丰47"为试材，设常规化肥、中科虹稳定性复合肥、炭基肥料3种处理及空白对照组，研究缓/控释肥对水稻生长发育、氮代谢酶活性及产量构成的影响。结果表明，施用2种新型肥料的产量与常规处理相比无显著差异。从产量构成来看，中科虹稳定性复合肥和常规化肥高产主要归因于较多的有效穗数，而炭基肥料依靠较高水平的穗粒数、结实率和千粒重维持产量；从氮代谢角度分析，2种新型肥料提高了齐穗期水稻功能叶硝酸还原酶（NR）、谷氨酰胺合成酶（GS）、亚硝酸还原酶 ...
