Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2023 目的 了解长春市儿童下呼吸感染病原学特征及其分布规律，为本地区儿童下呼吸道感染的临床治疗提供的参考依据。方法 采用Realtime PCR方法对2018年12月至2019年11月份采集的73份儿童支气管肺泡灌洗液标本进行28种病原及亚型检测。结果 儿童下呼吸道感染中非典型病原体以支原体为主，病毒病原以呼吸道腺病毒、EB病毒、副流感病毒以主，细菌病原感染以流感嗜血杆菌为主。不同的病原体表现不同的流行期。结论 通过对长春市儿童下呼吸道感染进行多病原检测，掌握病原流行特点，不同季节的呼吸道病原谱不一致。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 目的分析近三年武汉地区急性下呼吸道感染住院学龄前患儿的呼吸道病原体感染情况及流行特点,为临床诊疗及流行病学调查提供依据。方法收集38479例于2017年3月-2020年2月在武汉儿童医院住院部诊断为急性下呼吸道感染学龄前患儿的血清,采用间接免疫荧光法检测9种呼吸道病原体:肺炎支原体(MP)、肺炎衣原体(CP)、嗜肺军团菌血清1型(LPl)、腺病毒(ADV)、Q热立克次体(COX)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、甲型流感病毒(INFA)、乙型流感病毒(INF-B)和副流感病毒1/2/3型(PIVS)IgM抗体。
