哮喘患者血清ECP测定及其临床应用

目的测定血清ＥＣＰ并探讨其在哮喘患者中的临床应用价值。方法使用ＵｎｉＣＡＰ１００型自动酶免疫荧光分析系 统测定。结果测定５０例正常人，４７例缓解期哮喘患者和４２例发作期哮喘患者血清ＥＣＰ平均水平分别为７．４２±３．５６，１４．７５± ４．８２和３５．８０±４．５５μｇ／Ｌ（ｘ±ｓ），各组间均有明显差异，以发作期患者组ＥＣＰ升高最为显著（ｐ＜０．０１）。上述４２例发作期哮喘 患者经抗炎治疗后，ＥＣＰ平均水平为２４．６６±５．１２μｇ／Ｌ，较治疗前明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论血清ＥＣＰ水平反映气道的炎症 ...
