Gongye shui chuli, 2013 为节约水资源,提高水的利用率,降低生产成本,某煤化工企业将循环水排污水和反渗透浓水两类污水通过软化、超滤、反渗透等处理后,回用于循环冷却水补水。结合此工业中水回用工程,对中水回用水水质、相关的工艺及设备、经济效益等进行了分析。结果表明,工业中水回用是达到节约水资源,减少环境污染的必然趋势。

Gongye shui chuli, 2022 对某钢铁企业大型双膜法中水回用系统进行了升级改造，介绍了系统改造前存在的问题、改造方法、改造后系统的运营效果。运营结果表明：该中水回用系统经专业的技术改造及运营方案实施后，解决了原系统存在的运行问题，实现了超滤（UF）系统水回收率≥92%、反渗透（RO）系统水回收率>75%、系统产水电导率<100 µS/cm、系统产水量>3.2万t/d的目标。该钢铁企业双膜法中水回用系统的成功改造与运营，为其他类似钢铁企业水处理与回用系统的升级改造起到良好的示范效应。

Gongye shui chuli, 2011 电镀清洗废水是电镀废水的一种,其成分复杂,毒性较大,直接排放会严重污染环境。若对电镀清洗废水处理后有效回用,可减少废水排放,节约水资源。依据工程实例,首次采用全膜法(UF-RO-EDI)处理电镀清洗废水,制备的高纯水(电阻率≥16.0 MΩ.cm)可直接回用于生产,废水回用率达到60%。介绍了这种回用系统的工艺流程及工程运行情况,该系统运行稳定,为电镀废水回用开辟了新的思路。

Gongye shui chuli, 2014 啤酒生产过程中会产生大量的废水，必须经过处理达到排放标准后排放或者达到回用标准后回用。根据啤酒废水来源不同其水质明显不同，这是废水回用的基础。对啤酒生产工艺及废水产生情况进行了介绍，综述了几种新型废水回用技术，主要包括膜过滤、膜生物反应器、低温等离子体以及电化学方法，总结了这些新技术各自的优缺点，并对其在废水回用中的应用情况作相关展望。
