光纤光栅器件在输电线路覆冰监测中的应用

输电线路覆冰威胁着线路稳定运行。现有覆冰在线监测装置监测传感器为有源器件,信号传送均为电信号传输,易受到电磁干扰且装置工作稳定性较差。笔者设计了一种基于光纤布拉格光栅传感器的输电线路在线覆冰监测装置,并在110 kV震走线44号塔进行了挂网试运行。试验结果表明,研制的光纤布拉格光栅传感器单元线性度高,灵敏度较好,覆冰在线监测装置运行稳定,监测数据准确。

新型固体环网柜在线监测系统设计

针对固体环网柜绝缘在线监测问题,提出一种综合在线监测方案,同时监测母线温升、泄漏电流值和介质损耗值来反映固体环网柜绝缘状态。针对母线温升监测,采用取能电流互感器、温度传感器以及红外传输方式的配合,解决了对母线电连接处温升测量隔离的难题。同时监测泄漏电流值和介质损耗值,二者相结合作为绝缘状态的判据,并通过老化实验验证了各项参数判据值大小选取的合理性。最后,通过现场在线产品的测量表明,该装置满足测量的准确度和稳定性的要求,为固体环网柜绝缘在线监测提供参考。

输电线路覆冰会影响电网的安全稳定运行,国内外对于输电线路覆冰在线监测进行了很多研究,笔者旨在分析当前覆冰在线监测系统的研究成果。首先,讲述了国内外关于输电线路覆冰过程预测的模型,包括基于热力学机理、流体力学机理和实测数据模拟等建立起的数学模型,并分析对比了其优缺点;其次,介绍了目前覆冰导线在线监测技术,包括视频监测技术、力学载荷计算监测覆冰厚度、倾角变化监测弧垂等技术;最后,指出了现有覆冰监测技术的一些不足之处,并提出了一些改进意见。
