Gaoya dianqi, 2015 自在线监测技术应用以来,虽取得了较大进步,但其应用具有较大的盲目性,且实际效果并不理想。文中通过调查研究的方法,充分搜集了目前各运行单位在线监测设备应用中的实际需求和存在问题,并广泛调研了国内外的开关制造厂商、在线监测设备制造厂商、高等院校、科研院等研究单位目前的研究现状。在此基础上,分析了高压开关设备在线监测的意义、在线监测设备应用存在的实际问题及其产生的原因,探讨了在线监测设备新的框架思路,提出了目前高压开关设备在线监测参量需求及在线监测技术的研究策略。

, 2016 随着人民生活水平的提高，人们对用水安全也提出了越来越严格的要求。目前国内水质监测信息虽然不对外公开，但各级水文机构还是严格根据相关标准认真开展水质监测工作，并及时将监测结果进行逐级上报，保障各城乡生活用水的稳定供应，保证各级机构水资源管理工作的顺利开展。目前国内水质监测网络分布范围小，实时监测站点少，主要还是以传统人工数据录入结合计算机初步应用等方式实现对水质监测信息的科学管理，并通过数据输出、文件提交、人工汇总等方式实现数据上报，存在工作效率低、管理水平低、数据分散、查看不直观等不足，有待进一步改进。

Gaoya dianqi, 2005 IEC61850标准要求变电站自动化系统具有互操作性,这使得GIS在线监测系统和其它自动化系统之间呈现出信息共享与系统集成的趋势。笔者将IEC61850标准引入GIS在线监测领域,结合IEC61850标准和GIS在线监测系统的具体情况,进行在线监测系统的框架设计和装置开发。在GIS在线监测系统中采用了基于ARM和uClinux的嵌入式系统,保证了在线监测系统的互操作性、开放性和稳定性。
