广州地区2460例呼吸道感染患者7种呼吸道病原体RNA检测结果分析
目的通过检测7种呼吸道病原体RNA,了解广州地区呼吸道病原体的分布和流行情况。方法采用核酸双扩增法检测2019年3月至2020年2月广东省人民医院2460例呼吸道感染门诊和住院患者咽喉拭子中7种呼吸道病原体RNA,并对患者的性别、年龄、病原体的季节分布等进行统计分析。结果广州地区2640例呼吸道疾病患者7种呼吸道病原体RNA的总阳性率为8.46%(208/2460),阳性率最高的是呼吸道合胞病毒,阳性率为2.85%,其次为肺炎支原体和副流感病毒。女性患者肺炎支原体RNA阳性率明显高于男性患者 ...
