Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1997 摘 要 为了探讨一种简易有效的治疗脑出血的手术方法,对本院近5 年来治疗的106 例高血压性脑出血病例, 采用床边经皮钻颅一次性抽吸法进行治疗,总有效率达87.7%,近期基本治愈率及显著进步率达72 .6 %, 比传统内外 科治疗方法及国内同类方法疗效更高。本法经解剖实验证实定位准确,临床使用穿刺成功率达100 %。
