MMP-9、TIMP-1及VEGF在大肠癌中的表达与临床病理和预后的相关性研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2005 目的研究MMP-9、TIMP-1及VEGF在大肠癌组织中的表达与临床病理和预后关系。方法对62例大肠癌患者的手术切除之癌组织和癌周正常组织,应用免疫组织化学方法检测其VEGF、基质金属蛋白酶（MMP-9）和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂（TIMP-1）的表达情况,探讨这些因子表达与临床病理和预后关系。结果在62例大肠癌肿瘤组织:有29例VEGF表达阳性,阳性率46.8%;41例MMP-9表达阳性,阳性率为66.1%;39例TIMP-1表达阳性,阳性率为62.9%。这三种蛋白的表达水平与组织类型、组织分化程度 ...
