摘要: (免费在线浏览)高血压脑出血是中老年病人的常见病和多发病之一,也是人类病死率最高的三大疾病之一。发病急,病情危重,部分病人虽经手术治疗度过危险期,但大多留有程度不同的偏瘫、失语、吞咽障碍、大小便失禁等。以前,在病情稳定后仅进行肢体运动功能的康复,恢复时间长,易发生并发症;急性期后,实施综合性康复护理能在一定程度上预防残疾的发生,能帮助和加快受损功能的恢复[1]。

污秽发热是现场复合绝缘子检修、处置关注的问题。为获取复合绝缘子污秽发热特征及随外界环境的变化规律,在人工气候室对等值盐密为0.08 mg/cm2和0.12 mg/cm2的人工污秽复合绝缘子开展不同环境湿度和风速下的工频耐压红外测试,此外考虑泄漏电流热效应和外部散热环境,建立复合绝缘子表面积污发热仿真计算模型,计算不同污层介电常数、污层电导率、环境风速下的绝缘子发热情况。结果表明,低湿度下积污复合绝缘子仅在高压端部存在发热,高湿度下绝缘子高压侧、中部、低压侧区域均可出现发热,温差随着湿度增加成加速上述趋势。
