【目的】 探讨增殖相关抗原Ki-67在木村病(KD)患者中的表达及其与复发相关因素的关系。 【方法】 用链酶素生物素-过氧化物酶(SP法)对40例经手术治疗病理证实为木村病的石蜡组织检测Ki-67的表达,评估其在复发和无复发患者中的表达情况。【结果】在40例患者中,男性37例,女性3例,年龄10 ~ 75岁,34例患者的主要肿块位于头颈部,其余7例主要肿块位于上腭或腹股沟区域,肿块最大直径为6.5 cm。Ki-67在木村病复发患者(11/40)淋巴结组织中(不包括生发中心)表达高于无复发的患者(P< 0.
