Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2014 【目的】 探讨增殖相关抗原Ｋｉ－６７在木村病（ＫＤ）患者中的表达及其与复发相关因素的关系。 【方法】 用链酶素生物素－过氧化物酶（ＳＰ法）对４０例经手术治疗病理证实为木村病的石蜡组织检测Ｋｉ－６７的表达，评估其在复发和无复发患者中的表达情况。【结果】在４０例患者中，男性３７例，女性３例，年龄１０ ～ ７５岁，３４例患者的主要肿块位于头颈部，其余７例主要肿块位于上腭或腹股沟区域，肿块最大直径为６．５ ｃｍ。Ｋｉ－６７在木村病复发患者（１１／４０）淋巴结组织中（不包括生发中心）表达高于无复发的患者（Ｐ＜ ０．
