Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue心房颤动导管消融术后房颤的复发率较高，传统预测指标存在局限性。代谢紊乱是心房颤动发生发展及术后复发的重要病理机制，代谢相关生物标志物因可在早期识别风险并指导早期干预，具有重要预测价值。本文梳理脂质代谢、糖代谢、嘌呤代谢相关的生物标志物与房颤复发的关系，为医护人员早期识别房颤复发高危患者、制订精准治疗措施提供参考。
