目的探讨K562细胞多重耐药性形成的分子机制。方法采用MTT法分别测定K562及阿霉素耐药的K562细胞对顺铂的耐药程度,采用RT-PCR检测细胞表面MDR、MRP、GST及MGMT分子表达水平,并确定其与耐药性的关系。结果顺铂对K562细胞的抑制率明显高于阿霉素耐药的K562细胞,同时阿霉素耐药的K562细胞的表面MDR、MRP、GST及MGMT的表达明显增高。结论MDR、MRP、GST及MGMT的高表达是K562细胞形成多重耐药性的重要机制之一。

目的分析某三级综合性医院重症监护病房(ICU)2019年分离病原菌特征及耐药性,为临床用药和院感防控提供依据。方法收集ICU 2019年送检标本,按标准操作规程进行培养鉴定及药敏试验,采用WHIONET 5.6软件进行数据分析。结果共分离病原菌245株,阳性率16.94%。分离病原菌种类以鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和奇异变形菌等为主。药敏结果显示,铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南耐药率最高(57.14%),对其它测试药物均低于50%;鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌 ...
