目的了解本院2008年住院患者产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌的感染情况为临床防控及治疗产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌引起的感染提供科学依据。方法对2008年1-12月间本院感染大肠埃希菌的住院患者进行调查,并进行药敏检测,结果依据2009年CLSI标准,采用WHONET 5.4软件进行统计分析。结果本院在2008年1-12月间的住院患者中,检出大肠埃希菌306例,ESBLs阳性率41.6%;产ESBLs大肠埃希菌检出较多的科室为泌尿外科(24例,占17.0%),检出标本最多的为尿标本(63例,占44.7%
