Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的分析吉林大学中日联谊医院由腹腔感染病例中分离出的病原菌分布及耐药性特征，为经验性抗感染治疗和本地化细菌耐药监测提供依据。方法回顾性收集2023年1月1日至2025年9月30日期间，吉林大学中日联谊医院各科室腹腔感染患者的病原学资料。采用VITEK MS进行病原菌鉴定，Vitek 2 Compact、纸片扩散法及E-test进行药物敏感性试验，按CLSI 2021标准判读。利用WHONET 5.6对病原菌构成及耐药性进行统计与分析。结果病原菌总计2 643株，其中男性占比65.7%，年龄> ...
