基于改进遗传算法的不锈钢混合硬化模型参数快速标定方法

基于常用结构奥氏体不锈钢S30408、S31608以及双相不锈钢S22053的循环加载试验结果,提出了基于经典混合硬化模型的改进遗传算法和自适应子步积分方法联合使用的模型参数快速标定方法。试验表明,3种牌号的结构不锈钢在大应变幅度下的循环硬化/软化行为普遍表现出明显的应变幅值依赖性和断裂前的硬化不饱和性,这与常用的碳素钢有显著差异。结果表明,该方法相较于传统标定方法显著减少了人工工作量和时间成本,且具有良好的精度和广谱性,更适用于不锈钢等不存在稳定滞回环的循环硬化不饱和及Non-Masing材料 ...

为研究冷弯薄壁不锈钢拼合箱形截面短柱的受力性能,对14根拼合箱形截面短柱、6根单肢U或C形截面短柱及5根腹板开孔拼合截面短柱进行了轴压试验研究,试件材料为S30408奥氏体不锈钢。试验得到了不锈钢材料的力学性能指标和轴压试件的极限承载力、荷载-位移曲线,分析了试件的屈曲模式和破坏特征。试验结果表明:试件拼合方式对拼合试件极限承载力有明显影响,其中CC截面试件承载力最大,UU截面试件承载力最小;UU截面拼合箱形截面柱的极限承载力大于单肢组成构件的承载力之和;腹板开孔率小于0.5时试件极限承载力几乎无削弱 ...
