【目的】 分析瘢痕子宫再次妊娠时前置胎盘对孕妇及围产儿的影响。【方法】 回顾性分析2007年1月至2012年1月于中山大学附属第一医院产科分娩的瘢痕子宫并前置胎盘71 例病例,其中既往有剖宫产史者49例,为剖宫产史组,既往有子宫肌瘤剔除史者22例,为子宫肌瘤剔除史组。【结果】 71例患者均行剖宫产术终止妊娠。两组患者的分娩孕周分别为(36.5 ± 2.9)周、(36.6 ± 2.1)周;产后出血发生率分别为46.9%、31.8%;早产的发生率分别为46.9%、36.4%;剖宫产史组的胎盘植入发生率为28.
