【目的】 探讨错配修复蛋白hMLH1在子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma,EC)的失表达情况及其临床意义。【方法】 用免疫组化S-P方法检测hMLH1蛋白在61例子宫内膜癌组织的失表达情况,并分析hMLH1蛋白失表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理的关系。【结果】 子宫内膜癌组织存在hMLH1蛋白失表达,其失表达率为29.5%。hMLH1失表达子宫内膜癌细胞分化较好(P=0.047),临床预后较好(OR=5.458,P=0.025),hMLH1失表达为子宫内膜癌独立预后因素(Cox多因素分析,P=
