Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2017 目的探讨雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）在子宫内膜癌和宫颈癌组织中的表达率比较及其临床意义。方法应用EnVision两步法免疫组化技术对59例子宫内膜癌和61例宫颈癌组织进行ER、PR检测,回顾分析临床及病理特征。结果子宫内膜癌中ER和PR在的阳性表达率和子宫颈癌的阳性表达率无显著差异,两者的阳性表达都和组织学分级密切相关,组织学分级越高,它的激素阳性表达率越低,有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论雌孕激素ER、PR水平的病理表达是可以作为判断子宫内膜癌和宫颈癌的指标 ...
