高等教育结构、就业结构和产业结构的相关性分析——以安徽省为例 [PDF]
, 2018 高等教育结构、产业结构和就业结构三者之间的关系表明,高等教育要想更好地发挥其经济功能和社会作用,适应并引领区域经济社会的发展,关键在于三者之间互动与关联机制的形成。采用主成分分析法和灰色关联法,分别对高等教育结构与产业结构、高等教育结构与就业结构、产业结构与就业结构的相关关系进行分析。结果表明:第一,安徽省高等教育与经济发展之间呈现良性的互动关系;第二,安徽省产业带动就业的方向开始转变,第三产业容纳新增就业力量的能力有所加强,成为三大产业中吸纳和扩大就业的中坚力量;第三,相对于其他学科 ...
