针对风电波动性、间歇性和难预测等严重冲击电网安全运行问题,提出一种利用变分模态分解(VMD)和自适应权重粒子群算法(APSO)获得风电场混合储能系统容量优化配置方法。首先,基于典型日风电输出功率,利用低通滤波法得到满足标准的目标并网功率并获得储能系统参考功率。然后,将其通过VMD分解为高、低频功率,由超级电容器和蓄电池承担。最后,考虑储能充放电功率与荷电状态(SOC)等约束,建立以系统年综合成本最小为目标的容量优化配置模型,采用APSO算法求解并分析最优分界点和对应的储能配置方案 ...
