DEA evaluation method based on cross ranking of decision making unit(基于决策单元交叉排序的中立DEA评价方法)
Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2018 针对数据包络分析的决策单元(DMU)排序问题，建立了一种基于DMU交叉排序矩阵的评价分析模型.基于中立交叉效率，通过各决策单元效率的相对序值转换得到交叉排序矩阵，计算了 DMU在各次序下集结“自评”和“他评”的效率和，建立一种线性规划模型，通过求解得到了最终排序结果.将其应用于福州大学城若干高校实验示范中心的效率评价，并与其他模型进行了比较，结果表明本方法在区分决策单元优劣上表现最佳，方法有效.
