天然气管道在使用中的故障可能导致灾难性的结果。为了避免由于管道坍塌而造成经济,环境和社会的影响,应采用合理的方法来预测钢管受腐蚀影响的安全寿命,这有利于腐蚀管道系统的维护和修理。因此,本文提出了一种基于可靠性分析方法,该方法使用首次通过概率理论对受腐蚀的油气管道进行故障评估。该方法还可以帮助管道工程师和资产经理根据他们估计的故障概率确定管道维修和更换的优先级。

油浸式变压器固体绝缘诊断及剩余寿命预测

对油浸式变压器油中溶解的糠醛含量进行分析可以预测变压器的绝缘寿命。笔者通过采集变压器油中的糠醛及CO、CO2,利用油中糠醛含量与运行年限的对应关系,并按理论分布计算出变压器的糠醛浓度注意值,给出了变压器固体绝缘的诊断流程并基于平均剩余寿命的方法给出了油浸式变压器剩余寿命的预测公式。实例分析证明,该预测公式能够提供较好地剩余寿命预测。
