电动汽车动力电池梯次利用寿命预测方法研究 [PDF]

随着中国电动汽车的快速发展,大批量动力电池不断退役,这为降低储能投资成本带来机遇,但退役电池再利用于电力储能后的性能变化规律尚无确定性结论。以青岛薛家岛电动公交车充换电站退役电池为研究对象,将支持向量回归机和粒子滤波方法应用到电池容量预测中,并在预测过程中结合小波变换和电池外特性对电池的容量突变进行辨识,提出了基于抽检试验的退役电池再利用寿命预测方法,并进行了验证。验证结果表明,该方法可以提高容量衰退路径的预测准确度,同时降低退役电池容量突变对预测精度的影响,这对退役动力电池的梯次利用具有现实意义。

基于DAHP算法及非等间隔GM(1,1)模型的电力变压器技术寿命预测研究

为减少电网提前或延迟退役电力变压器带来的巨大损失,提出了一种基于DAHP算法及非等间隔GM(1,1)模型的电力变压器技术寿命预测新方法。笔者首先从电力变压器特性出发,结合DAHP(改进的层次分析法)算法,构建电力变压器健康状况评估指标体系,并计算得到电力变压器的健康指数(health index)值。然后在电力变压器历年健康指数值基础上,结合灰色理论非等间隔GM(1,1)模型,建立了电力变压器技术寿命预测模型。最后,应用该模型分别对110、220、500 k V等级的在运电力变压器进行了技术寿命预测研究,

金属化膜电容器具有高储能密度、高可靠性和高寿命特点。自愈是导致电容器电容量下降的主要原因。笔者分析金属化膜的自愈特性和电容量下降机制,通过研究自愈过程中的自愈面积、自愈能量和击穿电压的关联性,得出电压幅值和电压反峰比对电容器的寿命影响程度并归纳出经验公式。通过对金属化膜电容器的寿命测试,对经验公式中的系数进行拟合。最后得出不同电压幅值和不同电压反峰比下电容器寿命经验型预测公式。

基于随机模糊理论的高压断路器剩余机械寿命评估

针对高压断路器机械寿命评估参数具有随机性和模糊性的特点,将随机模糊理论应用到高压断路器的机械寿命评估中。通过高压断路器机械寿命试验,结合机械寿命评估参数随机性与模糊性的分布特点,引入三角形模糊变量,并运用曲线拟合的方法,得到高压断路器机械寿命评估参数的随机模糊分布函数,进而建立随机模糊双重不确定条件下的高压断路器剩余机械寿命模型,并实现对高压断路器剩余机械寿命的预测。对比试验结果表明,所建立模型能够客观有效地评估高压断路器的机械寿命。
