沿海工业地区复合绝缘子老化寿命预测研究

以沿海工业地区运行0~13年复合绝缘子为研究对象,根据以往的研究经验,采用静态接触角法、硬度测试法等方法对复合绝缘子样品寿命预测参数进行测试。基于测试结果通过统计学方法得出与老化年限显著相关的参数,并利用BP神经网络系统对沿海工业地区复合绝缘子的运行寿命进行预测。研究结果表明:寿命预测参数HC级别HC、静态接触角θ、硬度A、拉伸强度T、Si-O-Si与Si(CH3)2吸收峰高度比值H、O元素相对含量XO与老化年限具有显著的相关性,可以对复合绝缘子的老化程度进行精准的评价;通过检验 ...

油浸式变压器固体绝缘诊断及剩余寿命预测

对油浸式变压器油中溶解的糠醛含量进行分析可以预测变压器的绝缘寿命。笔者通过采集变压器油中的糠醛及CO、CO2,利用油中糠醛含量与运行年限的对应关系,并按理论分布计算出变压器的糠醛浓度注意值,给出了变压器固体绝缘的诊断流程并基于平均剩余寿命的方法给出了油浸式变压器剩余寿命的预测公式。实例分析证明,该预测公式能够提供较好地剩余寿命预测。

基于广义回归神经网络的油纸绝缘变压器的寿命预测

文中基于广义回归神经网络(GRNN)技术挖掘数据变化规律,构建了GRNN神经网络预测模型,运用该模型对油纸绝缘变压器进行寿命预测。将变压器绝缘纸老化过程中生成的特征产物如糠醛、CO2和CO的质量分数,以及相关时间参量作为模型输入。将所采集的多组油纸绝缘变压器的测试样本作为基础数据,运用该模型对相应的变压器进行寿命预测。结果表明,模型寿命预测的输出值与实际值基本一致,从而验证了模型的合理性,这对监测绝缘材料老化状态的进一步研究具有现实意义。

基于BP神经网络的油浸式变压器寿命预测

为了保证变压器的安全运行从而提高其经济效益,对变压器进行剩余寿命预测并采取相应对策显得尤为重要。研究表明,通过对油浸式电力变压器油中溶解的糠醛体积分数以及气体测定可以进行变压器固体绝缘寿命的监督。为此,笔者利用BP神经网络建立起油中CO、CO2、糠醛含量以及运行年限来预测绝缘纸老化程度的关系模型。实例结果表明,通过此方法能够提供比较准确的变压器寿命预测。
