不同碳填料及其添加量对碳陶瓷线性电阻结构及性能的影响

采用常规固相烧结法制备了碳-陶瓷线性电阻，观察了淀粉、炭黑、乙炔炭黑、石墨等不同碳填料制备的碳-陶瓷线性电阻导电网络的形成过程，并研究了碳填料对电阻体积密度、抗折强度、电阻率、热膨胀系数等性能的影响。结果表明，相同添加量下，粒径与密度越小的碳填料能过占据更大的体积，更利于导电网络的形成，但同时也会影响材料的烧结致密化，导致电阻抗折强度的较低；电阻率相同时，以炭黑作为填料制备的电阻具有更高的抗折强度。
