小麦生长期内土壤养分与土壤酶活性变化及其相关性研究

研究了小麦生长期内土壤氮、钾与土壤过氧化氢酶(CAT)、脲酶(URE)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性变化及其相关性。结果表明,土壤速效氮(AN)、土壤速效钾(AK)和非交换性钾(NEK)含量随小麦生育进程呈现有规律的变化;土壤CAT、URE、PPO活性呈现先上升,但在拔节期到孕穗期出现峰值后逐渐下降,并渐趋平缓的变化规律。除小麦生长期内土壤AN、NEK与土壤PPO活性,小麦生长前、后期土壤NEK与URE活性,小麦生长后期AK与URE、PPO活性相关性不显著外,土壤AN、AK、NEK与土壤CAT、URE ...

三工河流域土壤水分胁迫对冬小麦生长的影响

根据三工河流域试验小区1999~2000年冬小麦不同灌溉频次控制试验.研究了小麦耗水敏感期为拔节—灌浆期。探讨了干旱区小麦产量与灌水量之间的关系。提出了干旱区小麦返青水应采用“小水”灌溉的方式。同时通过对小区小麦成熟期灌水过程不同深度土壤水分含量的动态观测分析,提出小麦在成熟期对灌溉水分的消耗利用集中在0~30am土壤层内的观点。

豫北地区冬小麦滴灌灌水技术参数研究

为优化豫北地区冬小麦在滴灌条件下的灌水技术参数,通过田间试验系统研究了不同滴头流量(2.0,4.0,6.0 L/h)和滴灌带间距(40,60,80,100,120 cm)对灌溉水在土壤中分布、冬小麦产量以及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明:就灌水均匀度而言,缩小滴灌带间距和增加滴头流量可以提高灌溉水在冬小麦根区的分布均匀度;本试验条件下滴灌带铺设超过80 cm,会影响冬小麦产量及其构成,滴灌带间距相同时,冬小麦产量随着滴头流量的增加呈递增趋势。就水分利用效率而言 ...

不同有机物料与石灰对小麦吸收镉的影响

采用盆栽试验,研究了在镉污染土壤上不同有机物料、石灰及有机物料与石灰配合施用对小麦生长和吸收重金属镉的影响。结果表明,施用猪粪能显著增加小麦产量,小麦产量随猪粪用量的增加而增加;石灰用量超过一定数值后则显著降低小麦产量;而其他处理对小麦产量的增、减作用不显著。施用高量猪粪(Z4)或石灰+低量猪粪(Z2)能显著降低小麦对镉的吸收,使籽粒的镉浓度降至国家食品镉污染限量标准(GB2762-2005)以下。所有石灰+机物料处理都比对照处理明显降低小麦籽粒和秸秆中的镉 ...
