野生动物学报, 2011 月经周期与尿液促黄体生成素（LH）的监测是预测黑猩猩排卵期的基本方法,本研究对1只雌性黑猩猩（呼名蔓丽）的月经周期和性皮肿胀情况进行了长达3 a的观察和记录,并采用人用的LH半定量检测试纸测定了黑猩猩部分月经周期尿液中促黄体生成素的含量。结果显示:蔓丽的月经周期平均为34.6±3.1 d,性皮肿胀最充分时的持续时间平均为5.8±2.3 d,尿液中LH水平与性皮肿胀开始消退的时间恰好吻合。本研究采用的人用LH半定量试纸测定黑猩猩尿液LH值,能够反映月经周期内尿液LH值的变化规律。

野生动物学报, 2020 尿液化学通讯是动物种内乃至种间交流的重要途径之一。探索动物尿液的化学成分组成,对于了解动物个体识别、亲缘识别甚至社会等级划分机制具有重要的生物学意义。本研究通过气相色谱质谱联用技术对野外亲属中缅树鼩的尿液化学成分进行了测定,共检测到有效化学成分145种,且不同性别和不同亲属关系的中缅树鼩尿液成分均存在差异。其中2种吡嗪类特有成分仅在雄性中发现; 3-庚醇(3-heptanol)仅在一组亲属中缅树鼩中出现且组内样本均检测存在。综上所述,野外中缅树鼩可能通过尿液进行个体识别和亲缘识别 ...

Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1994 对５４例丙型肝炎患者尿液特异指标检测，结果：抗－ＨＣＶ阳性５／５４例（９．２％）。ＨＣＶＲＮＡ阳性９／５４例（１６．７％）。急性ＨＣＶ感染者，尿中抗－ＨＣＶ检出率为２／６例（３３％），较慢性者３／３８例（７．９％）为高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。尿液ＨＣＶＲＮＡ全部出现在未经α－干扰素治疗的慢性患者中，故可用作判断干扰素疗效的指标之一。本文在尿中检出ＨＣＶＲＮＡ，提示ＨＣＶ可经尿液污染环境。

The increased levels of plasma mtDNA were independent of age and fasting plasma glucose levels in the first trimester.
