本文以市面流行的若干品种作为研究对象,利用层次分析法对其品质进行综合评价,旨在构建一套科学、系统、可操作的基于Analytic Hierarchy Process的荔枝品种综合评价指标体系,为荔枝的品质评价、消费者的选择等提供科学依据。通过查阅数据,利用层次分析法,从甜度、价格、口感、褐变率等方面对妃子笑、桂味、糯米糍进行综合比较与排序,为消费者以及果商的选购提供科学依据。根据综合得分,妃子笑最适于选择,其次是桂味,最后是糯米糍。
