为了降低变电站巡检机器人磁耦合谐振式无线充电系统正常工作时对附近工作人员安全造成的危害,将高频辐射降低到国标标准限值内,笔者提出了一种复合结构式铝板屏蔽方案,采用有限元方法仿真计算巡检机器人无线充电系统电磁辐射,计算尺寸、层数对屏蔽板屏蔽效果的影响,并对比分析六种复合结构式屏蔽装置的屏蔽效果。结果表明:当增大屏蔽板尺寸和增加屏蔽板层数时,无线充电对外辐射磁场强度出现明显下降;采用复合结构式屏蔽板能够将无线充电系统的对外辐射磁场幅值基本降低到国标限值以内。

笔者针对雷电电磁波可能造成的危害,研究金属管对雷电电磁波的屏蔽效能。理论与实验相结合,利用雷电实验冲击平台模拟8/20μs雷电电流,将电流通过连接注入金属棒在金属棒上形成雷电电磁脉冲,使用金属管作为屏蔽材料,在距离金属棒1 m~3 m处用天线耦合雷电电磁波。分析对比几组数据计算耦合得到的能量以及屏蔽效能可以得出以下结论:对耦合波形进行傅里叶分析得到,金属管内振幅最大值频率在5 kHz~10 kHz,金属管外振幅最大值频率在10 kHz~12 kHz;金属管长度增加耦合电压峰值减小 ...
