【目的】 通过喉狭窄瘢痕组织的病理学研究, 了解炎症细胞在狭窄瘢痕组织表达及意义。【方法】 垂直喉部分切除术后 2~3 月出现喉狭窄 10 例和未狭窄 16 例喉瘢痕肉芽组织为实验组及 10 例正常声带组织为对照组, 分别进行苏木精- 伊红及免疫组化染色, 观察组织切片中中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、T 淋巴细胞表达, 并在全自动图像分析系统下进行细胞计数。【结果】喉狭窄瘢痕组织与非狭窄喉瘢痕组织、正常声带比较, 固有层炎症细胞大量聚集, 主要以巨噬细胞和 T 淋巴细胞为主。比较非狭窄喉瘢痕组织及正常声带组织 ...
