CINⅠ合并高危HPV持续感染行LEEP术联合干扰素阴道胶囊治疗疗效观察 [PDF]
, 2018 目的评估宫颈CINⅠ合并高危HPV持续感染患者行子宫颈环形电切术(LEEP术)联合干扰素阴道胶囊治疗后的疗效。方法 81例门诊诊断为子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ合并高危HPV持续感染的患者随机分为A、B2组。A组42例,为观察组,采用LEEP术联合干扰素阴道胶囊治疗;B组39例,为对照组,采用微波联合干扰素阴道胶囊治疗。6个月后对其CINⅠ消退、HPV转阴率做对比分析。结果 6个月后液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)及阴道镜检查:A组转阴性率为92.86%(39/42);B组转阴率为76.92%(30/39),
