, 2017 信访与人民群众息息相关,而信访服务的质量和体验状况也影响了人民群众对政府执政水平和能力的判断。物联网和人工智能在信访处理中具有高度的适用性和特别重要的意义。日常信访工作的开展形成了信访大数据的基础来源,人工智能信访平台通过云计算处理大数据并与其他职能部门实现数据共享形成人工智能分析预测。最终形成一整套基于人工智能的信访服务平台运行机制,实现降低信访人工工作量、预判信访趋势和发现并解决信访潜在问题的重要目标。
