Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2010 按胸径将浙江省桐庐县白云源森林公园长叶榧群体划分为成体、小树、幼苗3个年龄级,利用RAPD和ISSR分子标记对不同年龄级的遗传多样性及遗传分化进行分析.12个RAPD引物和12个ISSR引物分别扩增出199和180个条带,总多态位点百分率分别为44.72%和56.11%. RAPD和ISSR分析均显示3个年龄级的多态位点百分率、Shannon信息指数、Nei指数以成体最高,小树次之,幼苗最低,表明长叶榧群体遗传变异呈衰退趋势.分子方差分析(AMOVA)表明长叶榧群体不同年龄级内、年龄级间均存在遗传变异 ...

野生动物学报, 1991 对随机抽取的388号黄羊（Procapra gutturosa）某些指标（牙齿生长替换及磨损度、I牙冠比、体重、前臂长、后足长、尾长、眶间宽、身长、头长）与性别、年龄相关性的分析表明:前面项指标无显著性性别差异,且与年龄显著相关,可以单独作为年龄鉴定指标;后七项指标具显著性性别差异,与年龄关系不密切,只能用于区分成幼或3.5岁以前的年龄鉴别。另外发现高龄个体的牙齿磨损速度有降低的趋势,性成熟年龄雌性有超前雄性一年的趋势。
