Jixie chuandong, 1991 齿轮传动设计中,关于齿轮的接触强度,传统的表层应力计算是建立在赫兹干接触分析基础上的,这与齿轮传动的实际工况颇有差别。本文考虑了动态——瞬态弹流润滑对直齿轮表层应力的影响,经数值计算发现,与干接触情况相比,最大表层当量应力更接近表面,并向出口区偏移,且由于轮齿接触区的压力分布和剪应力分布存在二次峰,表层当量等值应力分布有明显的变化。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2015 目的分析两种套筒冠义齿修复牙周病伴游离端缺失基牙应力分布,为牙周病牙列缺损修复方法选择提供理论依据。方法应用三维有限元方法比较分析支持型套筒冠义齿与沟槽套筒冠义齿修复牙周病伴游离端缺失基牙应力峰值及应力分布情况。结果沟槽套筒冠义齿基牙最大应力为3.05 Mpa,支持型套筒冠义齿应力峰值为3.33 Mpa,两种义齿均在远下斜向加载牙槽骨吸收达2/3时应力最大,在垂直加载牙槽骨正常时应力最小。支持型套筒冠基牙应力集中较沟槽套筒冠更偏向于牙颈部。结论沟槽套筒冠义齿基牙应力小于常规支持型套筒冠义齿 ...

, 2013 目前对于光学元件气囊抛光系统驻留时间的求解都是基于静态的去除函数,然而实际抛光过程中,抛光头不断地移动,故对于动态去除函数的研究显得尤为必要。通过有限元仿真分析的方法得到动静态接触区的轮廓和接触应力分布数据,发现对于平面工件,动静态接触区均为圆形,而且大小基本一致,且动态接触区应力分布与静态接触区应力分布相比,其峰值点沿抛光头移动的相反方向偏移。在此基础上,根据静态接触区应力呈类高斯分布的理论,利用最小二乘拟合的方法,推导出动态接触区的应力分布函数。通过搭建动静态接触区轮廓提取装置 ...
