中长期电力系统愿景及其演化规律的分析是指导行业发展的重要前导性研究,尤其在中国提出2060年前实现温室气体净零排放的新目标背景下,如何加速可再生能源的发展成为焦点。在评述国际未来电力系统发展愿景的基础上,总结未来电网演化的特征,研判驱动力的变化;并基于以上宏观趋势分析,提出了一种考虑灵活性平衡的全局灵敏度方法,考虑影响演化路径的多重不确定性因素,抽样形成海量样本进行电力系统演化模拟,以中国西北电网为例分析了中国高比例可再生能源发展的演化路径。

含电动汽车充电负荷和分布式电源的配电网两阶段优化运行策略 [PDF]
电动汽车作为灵活负荷可以减小配电网负荷波动、降低运行成本。本文在建立节点充电负荷模型的基础上,提出了含电动汽车充电负荷、可再生能源与无功补偿装置的配电网两阶段优化策略。日前阶段通过建立混合整数二次锥规划模型,计算得到在预测电动汽车流及分布式能源出力情况下总购电成本最小的无功补偿装置动作策略及电动汽车充电策略,日内阶段采用滚动优化求解各时段最优充电策略。采用33节点系统进行算例分析得到,优化充电可以促使充电负荷转移进而减少购电成本,同时可以降低网损、提高电压水平,验证了优化模型的可行性与有效性。
