食品添加剂废水综合处理

通过分析食品添加剂废水成分,探讨了现有混合废水处理工艺存在的问题,提出了在现有混合废水处理工艺前增设预处理工序的方案。对混合废水通过Fenton氧化、混凝沉淀等方法进行预处理后,现有污水处理工艺可以正常运行。工艺改造后的运行结果表明:经过预处理的混合废水再经原废水站处理后,出水水质能达到工业园区废水接管标准。由于混合废水得到综合利用,废水排放量也相应减少。

再造烟叶生产废水处理研究

以再造烟叶(造纸法)生产废水为研究对象,对生产中两种主要工艺废水及生产综合废水进行了多项水质分析。研究结果表明,生产线中提取浓缩段与抄造成型段排放的工艺废水具有不同的水质特性,而生产综合废水则表现为一种弱酸性、中高浓度有机废水特性,可生化性较好。根据废水的上述特性,设计了一种“混凝—生化—脱色”的三级废水处理工艺并应用于2000t/a再造烟叶生产试验基地的废水处理中,工程实施运行后效果良好,吨水处理成本低,治理后的废水排放可达到国家《污水综合排放标准》GB8978—1996一级标准 ...
