Application of humanistic nursing care for rehabilitation patients
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]总结人性化护理在康复病人中的应用效果。[方法]对2004年100例康复病人实行人性化护理,并与实施传统护理100例康复病人进行病人满意度比较。[结果]2004年病人对护理的满意度为99%,无护理投诉,而接受传统护理的病人的满意度为84%,有2起护理投诉。[结论]在康复病人中实施人性化护理可有效提高病人满意度,减少护理纠纷。
