Huli yanjiu, 2008 摘要： （免费在线浏览）摘要：［目的］了解综合康复护理的效果。［方法］将48例脊髓损伤（SCI）痉挛型神经源性膀胱病人分为两组，对照组给予常规护理即膀胱引流，观察组采取综合康复护理措施，包括心理护理、呼吸肌及腹肌训练、坐站训练、膀胱训练、间歇性清洁导尿、盆底肌刺激仪应用等。［结果］观察组经过综合康复护理，其膀胱功能平衡指标、膀胱容量、泌尿系统并发症等评价指标均优于对照组（P＜0.01）。［结论］综合康复护理能明显提高SCI痉挛型神经源性膀胱病人的生存质量。
