为探究薄钢板机械咬合螺栓抗剪连接的受力性能,设计了12个具有不同垫圈形状和预拉力的机械咬合螺栓连接试件和普通螺栓连接试件,并开展了受剪破坏试验。试验结果表明机械咬合螺栓连接试件的薄钢板在咬合部位发生受拉破坏,而普通螺栓连接试件的薄钢板出现孔壁承压破坏,且机械咬合螺栓连接的受剪承载力显著高于普通螺栓连接的受剪承载力。分别建立了机械咬合螺栓连接和普通螺栓连接的精细有限元模型,根据受剪试验结果验证了模型的准确性,进一步探究了垫圈直径、螺栓直径、钢板厚度和咬合深度对机械咬合螺栓连接受剪承载力的影响规律 ...
