Gaoya dianqi, 2020 为满足交直流混合的分布式可再生能源技术国家重点专项东莞园区示范工程要求,文中给出了一种10 kV机械式直流断路器的研制方案,对其拓扑结构及关键部件的参数设计进行了说明,然后基于PSCAD/EMTDC软件搭建仿真模型对电流开断过程进行仿真,对参数进行修正优化,最后搭建了一种LC低频振荡试验回路,对所开发10 kV机械式直流断路器样机进行双向开断验证,所研制样机成功开断了10 kA正向和反向电流,开断时间8.2～8.3 ms,全电流开断时间12.2～12.3 ms,瞬态开断电压峰值16.0 kV。
