轴孔装配是加工制造业常见的一类操作任务。基于工业机器人研究轴孔自动装配,对于机器人在装配领域的应用具有重要价值。对于高精密和形状复杂的零件,高效可靠的轴孔装配仍然具有很大挑战性。基于此,从控制的角度对机器人自动轴孔装配进行了全面梳理。首先,介绍了机器人自动轴孔装配过程。然后,在对基于传统模型的装配控制进行论述的基础上,对新兴的基于学习的智能装配控制进行了讨论,重点阐述了模仿学习和强化学习在机器人自动装配中的应用。传统方法与人工智能方法的结合,将为机器人自动轴孔装配注入新的活力,将成为未来的重要发展趋势。

物联网设备的视频压缩码率和量化参数等编码方案决定着视频质量和物联网设备的使用寿命.针对未知视频传输模型和能量采集模型的物联网设备,提出一种基于强化学习的视频编码方案,能够动态优化视频编码码率和量化参数.该技术根据物联网设备的无线信道带宽、电池水平和采集的能量,结合反馈的视频质量和时延等信息,采用强化学习算法优化选择视频编码码率和量化参数.在动态的网络环境下,物联网设备不需预知视频传输模型就可以综合优化视频质量和设备能量损耗.仿真结果表明,该方案可以提高视频质量,降低设备能量损耗和时延,改善物联网设备效益.

新闻推荐系统对新媒体新闻传播有着重要作用。提出了一种以深度强化学习为基础的推荐系统,旨在结合神经网络的表征能力和强化学习的策略选择能力来提升新闻推荐效果。使用动态动作掩码加强对用户短期兴趣的判断能力,使用优化缓存机制提升经验缓存的使用效率,通过区域遮蔽性质的奖励设计加快模型训练,从而提高推荐系统在新闻推荐领域的表现。实验表明,所提模型在新闻数据集上的推荐准确率与主流的神经网络推荐方法相当,且在排序性能上优于当前先进的推荐算法。
