Gongye shui chuli, 2019 某火电厂循环水系统有多种补水水源，其中之一为铝冶炼厂蒸汽凝结水。由于在生产过程中发生液碱漏入凝结水系统，受污染的凝结水又回用补入循环水系统，导致该火电厂循环水受到污染。通过采取科学合理的应对处理措施，循环水水质恢复正常，未造成设备腐蚀、结垢等不良后果。

Gongye shui chuli, 2006 介绍了烟台发电厂投入运行的循环冷却排污水的深度处理系统，该系统由预处理、预除盐、一级除盐、深度除盐等部分组成，它以电厂的循环排污水作为水源制取除盐水，与原有的水处理车间的除盐水一起供应烟台市供热管网首站用水和电厂锅炉用水。系统投入运行后降低了循环水的浓缩倍数，改善了循环水的运行工况，解决了电厂中循环水排污水处理难的问题，实现了循环冷却排污水的回收利用，达到了循环水的零排放，提高了水利用率，降低了电厂的水耗。

Gongye shui chuli, 2011 运用水夹点技术, 对循环冷却水系统进行优化。传统的循环冷却水系统采用平行换热网络设计, 换热效率低, 用水量大。采用连续换热网络, 对传统循环冷却水系统进行优化设计后的用水网络, 可取得较高的冷却塔进口水温和较小的用水量, 从而达到节约用水、提高换热效率的目的。
