微电网的经济优化调度是一个具有重要经济和社会效益的复杂问题。为了实现由分布式电源组成的微网以更为经济、灵活、环保的方式运行,充分发挥分布式电源的发电优势,针对微网优化调度的问题,提出了以电动汽车同时作为负荷和发电单元并且计及制热收益的微网多目标优化模型,并以经济效益最大化、环境成本最小化进行微网多目标优化。在优化求解过程中,文中所使用的量子优化算法中引入了双链式结构和动态旋转角调整策略,提出了一种新的改进型量子遗传算法,并与传统的遗传算法和基本的量子遗传算法进行了对比。最后通过算例验证了所提的模型 ...

为获得适合城市微电网的接地方案,文中基于城市微电网接地案例在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建3种不同接地方式(TN、TT及IT)的仿真模型,研究了各接地系统故障电流水平,仿真验证了过流保护及剩余电流动作保护的灵敏性;基于仿真模型,分析了总等电位联接下TN接地系统的安全性,并提出非等电位联接下TT及IT接地系统要配置快速可靠的剩余电流动作保护装置。综合各接地系统优缺点,获得适用于城市微电网案例的混合接地系统。
