Zhongguo cuzhong zazhi目的 基于改良德尔菲法构建脑血管病学科带头人的评价指标体系，为医疗相关专业机构进行学科带头人的招聘甄选、绩效考核、人才培养等提供参考。 方法 参考既往文献初步拟定学科带头人的评价指标体系。采用改良德尔菲法分别从脑血管病和相关专业领域学科带头人、优秀学科骨干，以及从事医疗人力资源管理和卫生事业管理研究等专业的人员中遴选咨询专家40人，进行两轮专家咨询，形成脑血管病学科带头人评价指标体系，并采用层次分析法确定一、二、三级指标的权重。 结果 两轮专家咨询的有效回收率分别为90%和100%，形成了知识技能、
