【: 目的】研究癌症患者的心身状况及心理干预对心身状况的影响。【方法】采用症状自评量表( SCL- 90) 、焦虑自评量表( SAS) 、抑郁自评量表( SDS) 评定癌症组(72 例)、肝炎对照组(30 例)及健康对照组(30 例)的 心身状况, 并随机将72 例癌症患者分为两组, 干预组(40 例)接受生物学治疗及心理干预, 对照组(30 例)只接 受生物学治疗, 治疗后用上述量表再评定一次。【结果】癌症组的SAS 标准分、SDS 抑郁指数及各项抑郁特异症 状评分、SCL-90 总分、
