Conservation Biology, EarlyView.Abstract Changing fire regimes have important implications for biodiversity and challenge traditional conservation approaches that rely on historical conditions as proxies for ecological integrity. This historical‐centric approach becomes increasingly tenuous under climate change, necessitating direct tests of environmental impacts on biodiversity.

Experience in nursing hydronephrosis with infection during pregnancy [PDF]
目的 探讨妊娠合并肾积水伴感染患者的护理要点。方法 本组选取自2014年6月—2015年2月于徐州医学院附属医院住院的20例妊娠合并肾积水伴感染的患者，通过及早进行经尿道膀胱输尿管支架管置入术，并给予密切观察病情变化、预防感染及并发症、配合心理护理以及液体疗法。结果 20例患者全部顺利置入输尿管双J管，术中和术后无明显并发症，经抗炎治疗后所有患者48h内体温恢复正常，腰痛症状消失。胎儿出生后无畸形、智力障碍及先天性疾病报告。结论 根据妊娠期肾积水伴感染的特点进行早期护理干预 ...

目的 通过对老年白内障患者超声乳化术中血压及心率变化进行观察，总结出合理有效的手术配合及护理措施。方法 对心电图及血压均正常的老年性白内障患者120例（120眼），在多功能监护仪监测下进行超声乳化人工晶体植入术，观察术前及术中不同时间血压及心率的变化。结果 120例手术均顺利完成，手术开始前、后5min内，易出现高血压和心率波动的紧急情况。结论 白内障超声乳化术发生心血管损伤的风险虽然较低，但术中患者对手术的应激反应可以出现高血压，高血压是发生心脑血管意外的危险因素，术中心电图 ...
