Joint psychological health interview auxiliary intervention effect is observed for the treatment of postpartum depression [PDF]
目的 探讨专业健康访视员访谈联合心理辅助干预治疗产后抑郁症的效果。方法 对2013年1月至2015年6月在本院建档并分娩的妇女自愿参与产后抑郁评估者4000例，共筛查出产后抑郁症患者80例（爱丁堡产后抑郁量表，即EPDS测量中，得分≥13），随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组由专业健康访视员给予访谈干预治疗，对照组则接受健康访视员的常规护理和健康指导。测定产妇产前及产后1周、6周抑郁状态，比较两种干预效果的差别。结果 产后1周 应用EPDS评分显示，观察组：<5分22例，6～9分16例，≥
